Everyone needs a coach – Eric Schmidt
Pranab has been in the training and development industry for over 15 years, imparting training to corporate employees and students. He feels responsible for the future generations and believes it is up to the current generations to impart knowledge they have learned in their experiences. He easily connects with the youth and his experience has equipped him with the skill to practically read their minds.
Pranab has been training students and corporate employees for 15 years and has successfully contributed in the development of many. Hailing from Thiruvananthapuram, Pranab was certified by TESOL as a Corporate Soft Skill Trainer, by the International Coach Federation as a Life Coach, and by University of California and Univariety as a Global Career Counsellor. He started his career after completing his B.Tech. He has also completed his EPBM (Executive Program in Business Management) from IIM Kolkata.
Over the years, the more he interacted with students, the more he understood that students are gravely misinformed about the career choices they have and that an understanding about the various jobs and careers will help them derive an insight about themselves and fortify their strengths, talents, and aptitude with great focus on selecting streams which ultimately would lead them to careers that fit them the best.
While providing placement training to students, Pranab realised that a whole lot of them are in a dilemma about choosing their career. The trend still seems to be all about following the crowd. This leaves a lot of room for counselling, to remove the fog of confusion from the mind of the students, to bring in more clarity, and help them in the process of building great careers.
To help students prepare better for their professional lives, he has been training students in their college campuses on various topics, including, but not limited to, how to prepare CVs, how to give interviews and crack them, and how to succeed in group discussions.
